Back to bookingAlmost always. The size-based prices listed cover the vast majority of pets. The only time it changes is for heavy matting, an unusually large or thick coat, or extra add-ons you choose — and we'll always quote any difference during the coat check before we start.
Full grooms fill up about a week ahead, and Saturdays go fastest. Nail trims and quick add-ons are usually available same-week, and we keep a couple of walk-in nail slots free most weekday afternoons.
Your request lands with our front desk and we'll text you within the hour to confirm the exact time and groomer. Nothing is locked in until we reply, so there's no deposit and no charge to request a slot.
Yes — pick a preferred groomer in the form and we'll match you whenever their schedule allows. Familiar hands keep pets calm, so we love it when you request the same person each visit.
Life happens — we just ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule so we can offer the slot to another pet. Repeated same-day no-shows may need a small deposit for future bookings.
No — you pay at pick-up by card, contactless, or cash, so you only ever pay for the service your pet actually receives. Loyalty stamps and any member discount are applied automatically at the till.
